Indian Home Loan Program
Snohomish River and Historic First Street |
Homeownership is a national priority. This can be your door to homeownership.
Due to the unique status of Indian lands, Native American home-ownership is an underserved market. Established in 1992, the Indian Home Loan Program is a mortgage product specifically designed to offer home-ownership, rehabilitation opportunities, and improve access to capital for eligible Native American individuals and families.
United Indians of All Tribes Foundation along with the Seattle Indian Health Board are co-hosting a home buying/improvement loan seminar presented by Mia Vermillion (Key Bank) and Eleanor Mitchell (Windermere). It will be held at the Seattle Indian Health Board, Pearl Warren Building.
